We accept payment by most major Credit and Debit Cards (excluding AMEX & Diners), Cheque, Postal Order and Bankers Draft.
Please provide the following information
1. Your Name, Address & Telephone Number (plus fax no. if applicable)
2. Your email address (if applicable)
3. The delivery address if different to the contact address
4. The item codes, description and quantity you wish to order
5. Your credit card details - please note that cheques should be made payable to
Acceptance of Order
Once your payment has cleared we will process your order and arrange shipment. Our normal method of shipment is via Royal Mail or our carrier. Orders should reach you within 5 to 10 working days from despatch. Out of stock items or those despatched direct from the manufacturer may take up to 28 days to arrive - please advise us at the time of order if this is a problem.
We will contact you either by email, fax or phone to confirm your order and where possible advise you of the likely delivery date.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order, to refuse an order or to substitute an out of stock item with one of a similar or higher specification.
Our normal delivery charges for UK only are £3.95 (FREE over £50) additional charges may apply to non mainland UK including but not exclusive to remote areas of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for details BEFORE ordering.
Please note that we only post to the UK.
We reserve the right however to charge additional postage and packaging costs for heavier items and will advise you of these before accepting your order.
Any return of goods are at the customers cost however should an item when inspected prove to be faulty or incorrectly sent a refund of postage will be made.
Returned items must be undamaged and be in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of purchase. Before returning items please ensure that you contact us - information on our Contact Us page . Customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting and delivery for any items returned.
Any orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed will incur an administration fee of £5.
You have the right to cancel goods within 7 days of delivery. A full refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days although we will attempt to refund any monies due sooner. You should contact us either by email or in writing should you wish to cancel.
You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All our prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
Although we try to ensure that information contained on this site is accurate please accept that occassionally mistakes will occur and we reserve the right to alter or amend prices of products or delivery. If we discover this after we have accepted your order we will attempt to contact you with the option of either accepting the revised price or cancelling your order. Should you decide to cancel we will of course effect a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will assume that you wish to cancel your order and refund any monies taken.
